Christmas Party Enquiries
Join us for a very special Christmas Day at Carne, with two sittings at 12:30pm and 3:30pm.
We’ll be serving a five-course festive feast that brings together everything you love about Carne with seasonal indulgence. Start with bone marrow Bloody Marys, ox cheek doughnuts and charcuterie on arrival, then move into a menu featuring lobster tail, steak tartar, coal-cooked beetroot, beef fillet with truffle and duck liver, turkey with all the trimmings, BBQ halibut, root veg tarte tatin, and decadent desserts like chocolate torte or fried Christmas pudding with brandy butter ice cream. Sussex cheeses round things off in true Carne style.
The menu is priced at £125 per person. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable on the day.
